By sending Payment, the Client automatically agrees to the Terms of Service outlined by the Artist.

I retain the right to use their Artwork for commercial purposes by default, including the production of prints, stickers, charms, art books, and other merchandise.
 

I may upload the artwork to their personal gallery for display.
 

Do not use the artwork for commercial use (please notify me for commercial projects).
 

The Client may reupload the public (watermarked) version of the commission as long as credit is provided in the description.
 

I will upload the drawing yes or yes, I will not accept orders that ask me not to upload the drawing (I have a hard time finishing a drawing over then not uploading it)
 

Clients may request to remain anonymous on uploaded artwork.
 

The commission will only be official after the payment has been made.
 

Changing characters is allowed if I haven't started on your commission (but please remember to choose a character of similar amount of details to avoid adding more fees).
 

Major revisions such as a pose change, palette change, background change, etc will NOT be made after the sketch of the commission is approved by the client.
 

The Client may Request edits and revisions of the artwork without charge at the sketch stage of the commission.
 

Clients may request additional updates at any time, however, being asked too frequently (Daily / Hourly) will be considered harassment and will result in the cancellation of your commission.
 

 The Turnaround time for all commissions is on average 1 to 3 months.
 

I may complete the commission faster or slower than the normal turnaround time due to reasons such as:
Health issues, Life complications, Large Queue, Etc. If something major comes up, the Client will be notified as soon as possible about any potential long term delays.(I have suffered from depression since I was 12 years old, keep in mind that it may take time to complete the commission because of that)
 

I do not accept descriptions, if you do not have at least one drawing or photo of the character I will not accept the commission
